Access Technology deployed the ReadSoft Documents for Forms product at this mail order catalogue client site in Sydney’s Northern Beaches during 2007.  This allows this client to electronically capture purchase order related information automatically.  The product was tightly integrated with a back office ordering system so that electronic order information could be processed electronically without any delays.

This allowed the client to not only reduce the number of staff required to manually enter such information into their ordering systems but also rapidly improve order turnaround times.
