Access Technology have successfully piloted the cutting edge ReadSoft Documents for Invoices product at a large construction company based in Sydney’s western suburbs in 2008.  This solution captures semi-structured data from invoices and exports this information to both FileNet EDM and Oracle Accounts Payable systems.

The solution allows this client to not only significantly reduce data entry time and effort, hence freeing up staff for other more value-adding tasks, but also bypasses a previously cumbersome process where invoices where scanned post data entry by a third party.
