During late 2007 Access Technology developed a custom integration component for this client linking the Redmap based EDM product we had previously installed to their in-house web front end application.  This allowed their dealers to directly retrieve their own invoices and related records from the companies EDM system.  This allowed this client to significantly reduce the number of staff involved in this previously manual data retrieval process as well as improve information turnaround times for their dealers.
